

ICE seeks creative ideas and can often provide an organization with the means to fulfill them! We encourage the involvement of citizens from a broad range of interests and backgrounds. When applying for a grant, be sure to provide the following information for your organization: name of organization, official/complete address, phone number, name of person writing grant application, and title of the person making the application.
Other questions: Is your organization a federally tax exempt charitable corporation (indicate Yes or No). If Yes, please provide your Federal Tax Number which indicates you are exempt from federal taxes. If No, please provide additional data.
On separate pages, you will also need to provide a program description of what you wish to have funded, including an estimate of the time period required to complete your project. Be sure to answer these questions:
